We are glad to accept and process your return of merchandises if:

  • A return request ticket was created by using our Helpdesk Ticket System.
  • The items are in original condition: the products have not been resized, worn, plastic removed, damaged, scratched or tampered with.
  • You received the items just within last 7 days. (from the day the goods is signed for as received, as on Proof of Delivery)
    Returns sent after this period are not entitled for a refund, but MAY exchange for items in same or less value. contact us for help.
  • Returns shipping will at the customers' cost.
  • The refund amount will not excess the amount paid.
